Testing Quality
The first two dynamic test images visually demonstrate the flame-retardant properties of our cold storage panel core material. We simulated a real-world fire using a standard flame source, continuously burning the panel surface. As you can see, the panel didn't burn violently. Instead, it carbonized its surface, forming a dense char layer that effectively blocked the flames from penetrating deeper. This is the most critical step! Once the fire source was removed, the open flames on the panel extinguished themselves within a very short time (approximately 2-3 seconds), with no signs of sustained combustion.
The third dynamic test image is a transparent statement about our "closed-cell rate." Our closed-cell rate of over 98% means that the vast majority of the countless cells within the panel are independent and sealed. These countless tiny "vacuum compartments" together create an impenetrable barrier, completely isolating moisture and water vapor.
