Introduction
The PUR panel is a double skin metal faced insulating sandwich panel with polyurethane insulating core, intended for wall and roof covering.
roofing system, consists of two metal sheets and a rigid polyurethane foam core of a density of 40 kg/m3 ± 15%. The PSR1000 roofing panels offer easy and fast installation, with high thermal insulation and waterproofing.
|
Property
Outer/inner skin options, Galvanized steel, Stainless Steel
Outer skin trapezoidal shape , inner skin slightly corrugated or flat
Fixing point is visible
Overlapping of 70-250mm available upon request
Available length 0.50m up to 16m (subject to transportation restrictions)
Suitable for roof inclinations ≥5%
| Advantages
The use of PU sandwich panels 50 mm reduces time and construction costs on sites, and is cheap compared to masonry. PU roofing is best used as an insulator for climates where extreme temperatures are very common. It helps reduce energy costs and is an excellent environmentally friendly option.
sandwich panels PU with delivery and help in calculating the materials for construction in our shop. All prices are listed on the website. This is a combined three-layer construction panel used for a variety of tasks. It is a three-layer product consisting of two steel profiled sheets and a thermal insulator between them. The latter is polyurethane. It is a foamed insulator with interlocking cavity cells. It does not let the cold in and efficiently retains heat. The layers are glued together with a special moisture-resistant adhesive. Dense polyurethane or PU is highly durable and therefore the whole piece is more resistant to stress.
fire-resistant sandwich panel 50,75,100,120,150,200 mm consists of two sheets of galvanised steel with a pre-varnished inner microfibre and a corrugated outer one, which protect the insulating mineral wool core.
In order to provide adequate protection for each project at the best price, we offer sandwich panels in thicknesses of 50,75,100,120,150,200mm.

Testing Quality
The first two dynamic test images visually demonstrate the flame-retardant properties of our cold storage panel core material. We simulated a real-world fire using a standard flame source, continuously burning the panel surface. As you can see, the panel didn't burn violently. Instead, it carbonized its surface, forming a dense char layer that effectively blocked the flames from penetrating deeper. This is the most critical step! Once the fire source was removed, the open flames on the panel extinguished themselves within a very short time (approximately 2-3 seconds), with no signs of sustained combustion.
The third dynamic test image is a transparent statement about our "closed-cell rate." Our closed-cell rate of over 98% means that the vast majority of the countless cells within the panel are independent and sealed. These countless tiny "vacuum compartments" together create an impenetrable barrier, completely isolating moisture and water vapor.
